Cierra E. Brownson, M.S., QMHP, QIDP

Anjinai Hendriex is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve emotional wellness and lasting personal growth.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Old Dominion University and completed both a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University.

Anjinai's passion for behavioral health is deeply rooted in her personal desire to provide the support and encouragement she once wished she had during challenging seasons of life. This perspective shapes her compassionate, authentic, and client-centered approach to therapy.

As Clinical Director, she oversees clinical excellence while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care throughout the organization.

Outside of work, Anjinai enjoys traveling, shopping, watching her favorite television shows, and spending time with her beloved dogs, Karmen and Koba.

Amanda Roberson is a Resident in Counseling and Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about providing compassionate, client-centered care to children, adolescents, and families.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Amanda relocated to the Hampton Roads area in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Norfolk State University before completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

In her leadership role, Amanda conducts clinical assessments, supervises behavioral health staff, coordinates clinical operations, and connects families with valuable community resources.

Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, trauma, confidence-building, and healthy peer relationships. Amanda is especially passionate about helping children and adolescents overcome life's challenges while creating a safe, welcoming environment where every client feels heard, valued, and supported.

Outside the office, Amanda enjoys practicing self-care, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies and television.

Damita Lee is a dedicated Clinical Supervisor with more than nine years of experience in behavioral health and over six years of leadership experience across community-based, outpatient, crisis intervention, and intensive in-home settings.

She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University and is currently a Supervisee in Social Work working toward independent clinical licensure..

Throughout her career, Damita has served in numerous clinical leadership positions, including Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Intensive In-Home Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, Crisis Clinician, Program Director, and Clinical Supervisor.

​

Her expertise includes trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, child and adolescent behavioral health, family systems, substance use treatment, and community mental health services.

As Clinical Supervisor, Damita mentors behavioral health professionals while promoting evidence-based practices, clinical excellence, ethical care, and professional development. She is passionate about helping both clients and clinicians reach their fullest potential through compassionate leadership and person-centered care.

Regina Collins serves as the Office Manager and Human Resources Administrator for Nation of Resilient Souls, ensuring the organization operates efficiently while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and families.

A Norfolk native, Regina brings exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a people-first mindset to every aspect of her work. She plays an essential role in supporting daily operations, coordinating administrative functions, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Outside of the office, Regina is a devoted wife and proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys family time, relaxing at the beach, experimenting with new recipes, baking, and expressing her creativity through anime and cosplay.
