Our Story

Nation of Resilient Souls, LLC (NORS) was founded in July 2024 with a vision to provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services that empower children, adolescents, and families to overcome life's challenges. In December 2024, the organization became licensed through Virginia Medicaid and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

Recognizing that every child’s journey is unique, we deliver individualized, evidence-based services that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term success. Through collaboration with families, schools, and community partners, we help children develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive.
